This notice covers the holoin.ai website only. The data in the HOLOIN product is yours, and this notice does not cover it. On your own servers, it never reaches us.

What we collect

• What you type into a form — name, work email, organization, role, and your message — when you request a demo, the install guide, or contact us.
• Nothing else. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags. Every font, image and file on this site is served from this site; your browser contacts no one else.

Why, and what we do with it

To answer your request. The form is stored in the website's database and emailed to our team. We do not sell it, share it, or add it to a marketing list.

Where it is kept

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which stores the form submissions and delivers the email on our behalf. Like any web host, it processes standard request data (such as your IP address) to serve and protect the site.

How long

As long as we are in conversation with you, and no longer than two years after the last contact — or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to its use, through the contact form. We will answer within one month. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.
