A HOLOIN licence is annual and covers one installation: the platform, the verticals you run, and a device tier.
Dispatchers, drivers and technicians are never counted. Partners buy at a discount and own the client.

A device is anything with its own network address that HOLOIN reads from or receives from — VAV and terminal-unit controllers included; connectors, strings and points are not. For example: a vehicle tracker, a LoRaWAN sensor, a soil probe or a valve controller, a BACnet, Modbus or OPC UA controller (not its points), an inverter or battery controller (not its strings), a generator controller. Phones are never devices. People are never devices.

Trackers, sensors, controllers and SIM cards are yours to buy. Integration is a service, by us or by your partner. There is no activation fee.
- Hosted for you
- A dedicated server we run, never shared — plus 25 % of the licence, minimum US$2,400 a year. Partners who host keep this line.
- Perpetual
- For installations on your own servers — 2.2 × the annual licence, first year of maintenance included, then 20 % a year.
- Three years
- 20 % off prepaid, 10 % off committed and billed yearly. Optional. We never require a term.
- If a licence lapses
- Updates and support stop. After 14 days’ grace the installation turns read-only: monitoring, alarms and ingestion keep running on your server; changes — new vehicles, rules, users — wait for a valid licence.
Where it runs
On your servers, or on one we run for you.
Either way it is one installation, never shared with another customer, and the data is yours: PostgreSQL you own, a backup you can restore anywhere, open formats throughout.
